Coordinated change requests in an onshore and offshore team of 17 people, creating detailed business requirements documents, working closely with system architects, development/QA team and project managers, developing test cases, performing the tests, managing user acceptance testing and post-deployment support. Involved in requirement engineering of agile global financial projects.
